摘要
为评价调QAlexandrite激光对太田痣的疗效,对522例患者进行了2次以上治疗。结果:522例患者中,无1例有疤痕形成。疗效随次数的增加而提高;治疗间隔5～6个月较为合理;睑、颞部的疗效逊于其他部位;多因素分析中,次数、剂量间隔具有显著意义。研究表明,调QAlexandrite激光能无创伤地治愈太田痣。
To evaluate clinical response of nevus of Ota to Q switched Alexandrite laser, 522 patients underwent more than 2 sessions of treatment. No scar formation was found in all patients. The clinical response improved with treatment sessions. The treatment interval of 5～6 months was more appropriate. Zygomatic buccal areas and forehead showed better response than ocular and temporal areas. Treatment session, fluence and interval were significant factors in multivariate analysis. Therefore, Q switched Alexandrite laser is an ideal method for treating nevus of Ota without injury.
