烧伤病人“小气候”恒温环境的筛选 被引量:3

摘要 目的筛选维持烧伤病人恒定“小气候”温度的最佳方案。方法根据烧伤护架内烤灯灯泡设置数量、裹围护架的方式、照射时间及红外线烤灯高度对照射温度的不同影响进行分组测试 ,从中筛选出符合烧伤病人“小气候”恒温的最佳方案。结果烤架内由 8灯照射 15min后调至 6灯照射至 30min ,再转换为 4灯照射至 180min(A方案 ) ;红外线烤灯在 4 0cm高度照射 15min后调至 5 0cm照射至 30min ,再调至 6 0cm照射至 180min(B方案 )为烧伤病人恒定“小气候”温度 (30~ 32℃ )的最佳方案。结论A、B方案操作简单易行 ,符合“小气候”治疗温度要求 ,两种方案可独立或互用。 Objective To screen the optimal scheme keeping constant “microclimate” temperature. Methods According to the number of bulbs in the guard support, the fashion wrapping the guard support, the irradiating time, and the effects of height on the irradiating temperature, grouping test was performed. Results The optimal schemes A and B were screened in accordance with the “microclimate” constant temperature (30~32℃) of the burn patients. In the scheme A, 8 bulbs irradiated for 15 min, followed by 6 lights for 30 min, then by 4 lights for 180 min in the roast support; In the scheme B, Electronic roast heating was carried out at 40 cm height for 15 min, then at 50 cm height for 30 min, finally at 60 cm height for 180 min, which was the optimal scheme for constant “microclimate” temperature of 30~32℃. Conclusion The schemes A and B were simple and easily manipulated, meeting the requirments of “microclimate” therapy.
