山区高填方土石混填路堤压实质量控制研究 被引量:17

摘要 结合重庆万州机场高填方的填筑和压实 ,探讨和研究山区高填方土石混填路堤压实质量控制技术。首先采用现场压实度、碾压遍数、松铺厚度为压实质量控制指标 ,针对不同土石比例土石混填料 ,应用 330kN和 5 10kN两种振动压路机填筑路堤进行现场实验研究 ,在此基础上提出碾压沉降量指标 ,并通过现场试验研究碾压沉降量和压实度、碾压遍数的相关关系 ,最后提出除采用现场干密度指标外 ,碾压沉降量、碾压遍数和松铺厚度是控制土石混填路堤压实质量的有效指标。 In this paper the technology of compaction quality control for high embankment constructed by the mixture of soil and stone in mountainous area is discussed. Taking in-situ compactness, compaction times and loose laying depth as the compaction quality control index and according to different proportion of mixture as mentioned, this paper carried out in-situ experiment research with the 330kN and 510kN vibratory roller filling the embankment. Based on the experiment, the settlement index is presented and therelationship between compaction settlement, compactness and compaction pass times is studied.It concludes that besides the in-situ dry density, the compaction settlement, compaction pass times and loose laying depth are the effective index to control the compaction quality for the embankment constructed by the mixture of soil and stone.
