摘要
论述了运用有效的行政管理手段和GIS及相关技术建立地下管线管理信息系统的设计方案 ,讨论了地下管线动态管理、地下管线数据库的动态更新等问题。并回答了长期争论的诸如“谁来管理地下管线数据 ?”、“谁对地下管线数据准确性负责 ?”
In this paper the methods of the development and implementation of the underground pipelines management information system based on GIS are discussed with effective administration means and GIS relevant technology. Then the dynamic management of the underground pipelines and the update of the databases are talked over. In addition, the paper answers the questions such as 'who should manage the data of the underground pipelines?','who should respond the veracity of data of the underground pipelines?', etc.
