摘要
目的 :对金银花中药配方颗粒进行质量标准研究。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对金银花配方颗粒进行定性鉴别 ;采用高效液相色谱法对金银花中的绿原酸进行含量测定。结果 :该方法的线性范围为 0 .2 4 μg～ 1.2 0 μg ,平均回收率为 98.90 % ,(RSD =1.10 % ,n =5 )。结论 :方法可行、重复性好 。
Objective: To study the quality standard for Jinyinhua dispensinp granule.Methods: Jinyinhua dispensinp granule was identified by TLC and chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae was determined by HPLC.Results: The linear relationship was at the rang of 0.24μg～1.20μg. The average recovery was 98.90%( RSD =1.10% and n=5 ).Conclusion: The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of this dispensing granule effectively.
