摘要
从“十五”期间我国石化工业发展的宏观角度出发 ,介绍了我国合成树脂和通用工程塑料产品需求、大中型乙烯装置改扩建、大型石化工程及化学工业园区建设的总体发展态势 ,认为在今后 5年内 ,我国石化工业应与时俱进 ,加快发展 ,扩大乙烯总量 ,并以聚烯烃及聚酯为重点 ,逐步培育石化工业的核心产品和核心业务 ,增强国际竞争力和核心竞争力 ,实现从粗放走向集约。
Based on the development program for petrochemical industry during the "Tenth Five Years Plan" of China, the demand for synthetic resin and general engineering plastics, the rebuilding and expansion of large-scale ethylene assemblies, the general situation for the construction of larger-scale petrochemical project and chemical industrial gardens were introduced. It was suggested that the petrochemical industry in China should make a quick progress focusing on the increase of ethylene production and the development of polyolefin and polyester, and gradually cultivate the core product and business to strengthen international competitiveness.
