摘要
开发出了新的乙烯分离技术———低能耗分离技术。该技术采用了分配分离、开式热泵等技术降低能耗 ,适用于液体裂解原料 ,其具有能耗低、流程简单、投资省的特点 。
A simple,energy saving and cost saving separation technology-Low Energy Consumption Technology (LECT) used in ethylene plant has been developed.High temperature fuel oil stripper is used to reduce the quench oil viscosity,which raises the bottom temperature of the gasoline fractionator.In the chilling train,a C 3-washing tower removes all C 3 from the inlet stream and at the same time a large portion of C 2 is washed into the bottom of the tower reducing the refrigeration duty significantly.A C 2-washing tower is adopted to recover the ethylene efficiently from the stream before it enters the hydrogen separation system and reduces the load of the demethanizer.Low pressure C 2 splitter integrated with heat pump reduces the total refrigeration compressor power .Simulation shows that LECT consumes less overall compression power than that of the current front end demethanizer technology and the front end depropanizer technology with liquid pyrolysis feedstock.
