摘要
本实验通过外科手术方法,用16头黄牛进行了腹腔内模拟胆囊胆汁引流和快速培植牛黄的研究。将模拟胆囊植入腹腔网膜囊内,并经胆囊导管与胆囊连接。术后连续性引流采集模拟胆囊内胆汁,每头实验牛日平均胆汁引流采集量529±183ml;3~4个月可提取胆红素4克左右,并由模拟胆囊获取培植牛黄9.33±1.96g,其质量与天然牛黄相似。实验证明,黄牛腹腔内模拟胆囊胆汁引流采集和快速培植牛黄对动物生长发育无明显影响。
In this experiment sixteen cattle were used for draining bile from the intra-abdominal gallbladder mimic ( GM ) and for rapid cultivation of 'Calculus Bovis' by surgical operation. A gallbladder catheter was joined to the GM which was implanted in the omental bursa. During the postoperative period, bile drainage was carried out consecutively from each cattle. The amount of bile drained from each one reached 529 ±133ml per day. Within three to four months, 4g of bilirubin and 9.33±1.96g of 'Cultivated Calculus Rovis' were obtained from each GM. The quality of the 'Cultivated Calculus Bovis' from the GM was nearly the same as the natural one.The result shows that bile drainage and rapid cultivation of 'Calculus Bovis' in the intra-a bdominal GM did not have any undasirable effect on the animals growth and develop ment.
