摘要
针对石化企业压力容器中的典型腐蚀环境 ,优化筛选配制了适用性涂料并进行了模拟环境与实物环境的试验研究 ,提出以表面涂层技术为基础与断裂力学安全评估方法相结合进行在用压力容器的综合延寿 。
In this paper in connection with the typical corrosive environment for pressure vessels in petrochemical enterprises,suitable coating materials were prepared by optimized screening method,experimental research under simulated environment and full-scale environment was carried out and a comprehensive method that combines surface coating technology and fracture mechanics safety assessment to extend equipment service life and solve the safety problem of pressure vessel under environmental action of the media was proposed.
