摘要
智能运输系统 (ITS)是解决我国当前交通拥挤 ,提高道路交通安全的有效手段 .本文介绍了国外智能运输系统产生的背景、智能运输系统发展的历史和现状 .为了合理、有效地开发智能运输系统技术并使之产业化 ,我国政府正在加紧制定智能运输系统发展战略 .论文对我国智能运输系统产业化相关的技术和政策进行了论述 。
Intelligent transportation system (ITS) is one of the advanced options to improve traffic congestion and safety in China.This paper introduces the evolution, development of ITS in developed countries. In order to effectively and efficiently develop ITS and industrialize ITS products in China, the government has focused on developing ITS development strategies. This paper discusses some technical and institutional issues and concerns in developing and industrializing ITS in China. Some macroscopic developing models related to policies, objectives, and government efforts are proposed.
