摘要
以扩孔硅胶、硅铝胶、活性白土、白炭黑等为载体 ,萘气相催化氧化制备萘醌 ,催化剂由浸渍法制备 .在相同的工艺条件下 ,研究了催化剂载体对萘醌的收率和选择性以及萘转化率的影响 .结果表明 ,以特殊处理后的硅铝胶、活性白土和白炭黑为载体的催化剂对萘的催化氧化制萘醌具有较好的催化效果 。
This paper studies the influence of some different carriers of catalysts of preparation of 1,4-naphthoquinone from naphthalene oxidation on reaction activity.These carriers include pumice,bergmeal,arenaceous quartz,titanium uhite,bearizing silica gel,Si-Al colloid,active floridin,carbon-white.The catalysts are prepared by immersion method.It is found that the application of special disposal carriers is suitable for the production of naphthoquinone.The technological conditions of preparation of two kinds of carriers:Si-Al colloid and carbon-white is investigated.
