摘要
论述了哺乳动物精子性别分离的各种方法 ,并对流动细胞测定技术分离法进行了详细叙述 ,表明其是一种效率高且准确率高的精子分离方法 。
Several approaches of XY spermatozoa isolation were reviewed in this paper, among which the method of flow cytometry was emphatically described. It shows that the flow cytometry method is more efficient and accurate than other methods and is most possible to be put into actual use.
