摘要
利用知识工程的技术和方法 ,结合计算机网络、智能推理和多媒体等技术 ,将多年来节水灌溉的研究成果和专家知识进行系统集成 ,建立了面向基层用户使用的节水灌溉专家决策系统 ,系统可提供灌溉类型选择、系统布置、资源优化、经济核算等管理方案。根据 1998~ 2 0 0 1三年来的试验示范和推广应用 ,经过专家决策系统指导的地块可在原基础上使水资源的生产效率提高 8%~ 10 % ,每公顷增产 3 0 0~ 62 5kg ,每公顷节水 45 0~ 75 0m3 ,单位生产成本降低 5 %~ 7% ,经济效益提高 15
By using techniques and methods of knowledge engineering and combining techniques such as computer network, intelligent reasoning and multimedia, we integrated the research achievements and expert's knowledge of water saving irrigation in these years, and constructed a water saving irrigation expert decision making system that used by the skeleton users. The system can provide management project such as selection of irrigation type, system designing, resources optimizing and economic estimating. According to demonstration and extension during 3 years' period(1999~2001), for those fields which directed by expert decision making system, it can improve the productive efficient of water resources by 8%~10%, increase production 300~375 kg per hm 2, save 450~750 m 3 of water per hm 2, reduce cost by 5%~7% and increase economic benefit more than 15%.
