摘要
目的 :探讨应用T型AO外固定架治疗距踝关节 4cm以内的胫腓骨骨折及Pylon骨折的临床效果及其影响因素。方法 :分析我科自 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 2月采用T型外固定架治疗距踝关节 4cm以内的胫腓骨骨折及Pylon骨折 14例。术后早期功能锻炼 ,定期复查 ,有明确骨性愈合后拆除外固定架。结果 :14例病人经随诊 6个月左右 ,10 0 %达到骨性愈合 ,功能恢复完全正常。结论 :T型AO外固定架是非常适合于距踝关节 4cm以内的胫腓骨骨折及Pylon骨折的治疗方法。具有操作简单 ,手术时间短 ,创伤小 ,骨折易愈合 ,固定可靠的优点 ,功能恢复满意。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects and the influential factors of the use of AO external fixation in the treatment of tibio fibular fracture within 4cm of ankle joint and Pilon fracture.Method:We analysed the results of 14 patients with tibio fibular fracture within 4cm of ankle joint and Pilon fracture from January 1999 to February 2001.After early post operative rehabilitation,regular follow up and the obvious osseous fracture union,the external fixator was removed.Result:After follow? up for about 6 months,among 14 patients the osseous union reached 100%,the functional recovery was normal.Conclusion:The use of the T shaped external fixator is appropriate for the treatment of tibio fibular fracture within 4cm of ankle joint and Pilon fracture.The operative procedure is simple,operative time is short,the injury is minimal,the fracture heals easily,fixation is reliable and the functional recovery is satisfactory.
