摘要
本研究观察了六味地黄汤对切除双侧卵巢而致的大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。结果表明 ,六味地黄汤能减少尿钙、尿羟脯氨酸的排泄 ,提高血清骨钙素含量 ,增加股骨骨矿物质及骨中钙、磷含量 ,减少破骨细胞数 ,并能使子宫、脾脏、胸腺增重。提示六味地黄汤能拮抗骨质失失 ,抑制骨吸收 ,促进骨形成 ,有效地防治骨质疏松症。
The study aimed at investigating the preventing and treating effects of Liuweidihuangtang (LWD) on rats osteoporosis by ovariectomy. The results showed that LWD can decrease the content of calcium and hydroxyproline in urine, increase the content of calcium, phosphorus mineral in bone, the level of BGP in serum, and the weight of uterus, thymus and spleen. It also can reduce the number of osteoclast. This study suggested that LWD can decrease the anabolism and increase the catabolism of bone, prevent and treat bone loss and osteoporosis.
