摘要
针对稠油井注汽过程中产生的蒸汽超覆现象和蒸汽在油层中热量严重损失的问题 ,研制出井下蒸汽调剖器。通过螺旋叶片独特的设计确保调剖器的分离能力及分离干度 ,避免调剖器承受剪切力 ,使调剖器在井下工作可靠 ,分离能力强 ,效果好 ,适用于中厚稠油油层的注汽开发。现场应用表明 ,使用调剖器注汽后避免了蒸汽在油层的超覆现象 ,注汽热量得到充分利用 ,明显改善了油井的注汽效果 ,同时延长油井的生产周期 ,减少油井作业次数 ,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
To solve the problems of steam overlap and thermal loss in steam injection for heavy oil wells, a downhole steam profile control device is developed. Specially designed spiral blades ensure the separation ability and separation dryness of the profile control device and prevent the device from bearing shearing force. Relevant design parameters are calculated. And field application is introduced. The results show that the profile control device improves the steam injection effect and prolongs the production period of the oil wells, and can bring about obvious financial profits.
