摘要
比较了木聚糖酶和纤维素酶水解木聚糖制备低聚木糖的效果 ,并在 1 0L酶解罐中研究了搅拌速率和酶解时间等因素对木聚糖酶水解的影响 ,优化了酶解工艺条件。当木聚糖质量浓度为 30 g/L、木聚糖酶体积用量为 1 %、搅拌速率 1 80r/min时 ,酶解 2h低聚糖得率可达 35 .2 % ,总糖得率为 4 1 .9% ,产品酶解液中2 5 .9%固形物是聚合度 2~
In the preparation of xylo-oligosaccharide by enzymatic hydrolysis of xylan,effects of xylanase and cellulase were compared,the effect of agitation rate and time dependence were studied in 10-litter tank.Results showed that the optimum hydrolytic conditions were:xylan concentration 30 g/L,xylanase loading 1%(volume ratio)and agitation rate 180 r/min,under which yields of xylo-oligosaccharide and total sugar after 2 hours were 35.2% and 41.9% respectively,and oligomeric xylan of DP 2-5 constituted 25.9% of solid in the substrate product.
