中华传统文化的包容性和教育现象对社会政治、经济、文化的适应性,决定了中国特色的开放教育体系应具有全球性、技术性、继承性、本土性特征。
The compatibility characteristic of China’s traditional culture and education’s adaptability to social politics,economy and culture determine that the open education system with Chinese characteristics should possess the feature of global,technology,inherence and locality.
