碳化硅陶瓷的无压烧结技术 被引量:10

Pressureless sintering technology of silicon carbide ceramics

摘要 比较了无压烧结的几种工艺,并介绍其最新进展.液相烧结导入了液相使晶界结合减弱,在较低的温度下实现烧结,成为近期研究的焦点. In this paper, some new developments of pressureless sintering technology had been discussed. Being prsence of Liquid-phase which cause weak grain-boundary, the silicon carbide can be sintered in lower temperature. Liquid-phase sintering is the focus of currently research.
