摘要 通过实验方法 (分离效率的测定和三维粒子动态分析实验 )研究了扩散式下排气气固分离器的分离流阻、流场分布和分离效率等 ,从而降低扩散式气固分离器的阻力 ,提高分离效率。分离器内部的各种设计 (上导流锥高度的确定、下导流锥的倾角和排气管高度等 )均为提高气固分离器的效率和降低阻力 ,从实验可以看出该气固分离器对于 30μm粒径粗灰的分离效率很高 ,能达到 95 %以上。 Through experimental methods (measurement of separation efficiency and dynamic analytical tests of three dimensional particles) the separation flow resistance, flow field distribution, separation efficiency, etc. of a diffusion gas solid separator with a downward gas exhaust are studied in order to lower the resistance of the separator and enhance its separation efficiency. The design of the various internal parts of the separator comprises the determination of the height of an upper flow guide cone, the inclined angle of a lower flow guide cone and the height of an exhaust pipe, etc. It is all aimed at achieving an increase in gas solid separator efficiency and a reduction of its resistance. The test results show that the separator has attained very high separation efficiency, which is in excess of 95% with respect to coarse ash having a particle diameter of 30 mm.
