摘要
本文分析了我国海上油田在开发决策前的可行性研究和经济评价中采用的平台投资测算方法,研究了平台投资推荐测算公式及其存在的问题。运用数理统计和相关分析理论,提出了两个重要的新观点,得出了单平台投资测算公式和多平台投资测算公式,测算误差大大低于推荐公式,较好地解决了平台投资测算方法问题。
Before decision-making period, feasibility study and economic evaluation analysis should be done prudently. One important task is to forecast the investment in platforms. By analyzing the forecast methods at home and abroad and using the knowledge of Economics and Mathematical Statistics, this paper gives out a new forecast method which is much more efficient than those used in the past.
