摘要
以5个大麦品种为材料,配制成3个杂交组合,按系谱法衍生出F_2、F_3和F_4世代。对每个世代6个性状的平均表现、杂种优势效应以及变异幅度进行了系谱分析,为大麦育种的早代选择提供了依据,对不同世代各性状的选择效果、选择规模提供了预测和参考。
Five barley varieties were mated in three cross combinations andevery cross was self-pollinated to produce F′_2S,F′_3S and F′_4S.The meanperformance of six characters,effect of heterosis and coefficient of varia-tion of each generation were subjected to pedigree analysis so as to pro-vide theoretical basis for early generation selection and for the predictionof the selection efficiency for various characters in different generations.
