摘要
本文围绕陆地棉组织细胞培养中的组织培养、单细胞培养、原生质体培养、染色体变异和体细胞抗性筛选等方面的若干问题,在介绍国内外研究进展的同时,着重结合我们的研究工作进行了探讨。
This article deals with advances in tissue and cell culture of Gossy-pium hirsutum L.. A wide range domain of callus initiation, proliferation,embryogenesis, plant regeneration, monocell culture, protoplast culture,chromosomal aberration and mutant screening were reviewed and discu-ssed. It was mainly our own work in recent years.
