摘要
本文观察了山豆根碱对实验性血栓形成的影响。结果表明,静脉注射20mg/kg山豆根碱,明显抑制大鼠血小板血栓和电刺激诱发的动脉血栓形成,对静脉血栓形成无影响;体外明显抑制大鼠血小板粘附于胶原,存在剂量依赖关系。这些说明,山豆根碱具有抗动脉血栓形成作用,作用机理可能与抑制血小板粘附和聚集有关。
Effect of dauricine on the formation of experimen-tal thrombosis in rats was stduied in the experimentDauricine (20 mg/kg intravenously) markedlyinhibited the formation of platelet thrombosis(arteriovenous shut) and arterial thrombosis induced bythe stimulation of carotid with electricity, but did notprevent the formation of venous thrombosis. Dauricinesignificantly inhibited the adhesion of platelet tocollagen in the dose-dependent way. It is concludedthat dauricine prevents the formation of arterialthrombosis and the action mechanism may be relatedto inhibiting platelet adhesion and aggregation
