摘要
目的:探索减少自体颗粒脂肪丰胸后移植脂肪被吸收及提高丰胸效果的方法。方法:用适宜的方法获取颗粒脂肪,经过处理后,注射于乳房后间隙。结果:用该种方法丰胸16例,随访3个月至半年,乳房外形好,吸收程度小。结论:采用此种方法进行自体颗粒脂肪移植,可取得较好的丰胸效果。
Objective:To explore methods of the preventing the implication after auto fat granu le mammaplasty.Methods:Using ap-propriate way to get pure fat granule and then inject to the breast.Results:From three months to half a year follo w -up,Grafts have no obvious absorption.The breast look s symmetry,chubbiness and feel soft.Conclusion:The auto fat granule mammaplasty is a good way.The key point is to use approriate way to get pure fat granule and to prevent infection.Filter the pure,vital an d traumatic fat cell,inject it into the cavity under breast tissue.
