摘要
目的 探索新生儿脐血血脂、蛋白质、酶类及红细胞、白细胞、血小板、红细胞压积、血红蛋白的参考值。方法 生化项目采用全自动生化分析仪法 ,血常规项目采用血液分析仪法。结果 建立了脐血ALT、AST、WBC等 18项检验指标的参考值。新生儿脐血中ALT、CK、TP、ALB、TBIL、WBC与孕周有关 ,呈升高趋势 (P <0 0 5 ) ;ALP、GGT随孕周增加呈下降趋势 (P <0 0 5 )。各项指标男女性别间均无显著性差异(P >0 0 5 )。结论 新生儿脐血血清蛋白、血脂、酶及白细胞等与其胎龄具有一定的相关性 ,与成人存在显著性差异。
Objective To explore the index value of serum lipid, proteins, enzymes, red blood cell, white blood cell, platelet, hematocrit and hemoglobin in umbilical cord blood.Methods The biochemical items and blood routine tests were examined using automatic biochemical analyzer and automatic heamatological analyzer respectively.Results The ALT, CK, TP, ALB, TBIL and WBC in umbilical cord blood were associated with gestational weeks and increased with it (p<0 05), but ALP and GGT were decreased with gestational weeks (p<0 05). There was no significant difference in all index values between male and female (p>0 05).Conclusions The index values of serum protein, serum lipid, enzymes and WBC in umbilical cord blood are different from that of adults, and somewhat associated with the gestational weeks.
