摘要
目的 建立用反相 HPL C法测定决明子中蒽醌类化合物含量的方法。方法 使用 symm etry(r) C1 8色谱柱 (5 um,3.9× 2 5 0 mm) ,甲醇 - 0 .1%磷酸溶液 (90∶ 10 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 4 4 0 nm,流速为 0 .8ml/m in,柱温 2 5℃。结果 在一定范围内 5种蒽醌类成分均呈现良好的线性关系 (r>0 .9984 ) ;精密度可靠(RSD<1.8) ;样品在 6 h内基本稳定。
Objective To establish a method of RP HPLC for determination content of 5 anthraquinone compourds in Cemen cassiae from different sources. Methods HPLC system consisted of Symmetry C 18 column(4.6×250 mm, 5 μm), methanol water(0.1%phosphoric acid)(90∶10) mixture as mobile phase, with detection wavelength at 440nm, flow rate 0.8 ml/min and column temperature at 25 ℃.Results The calibration curves of 5 anthraquinone compounds were linear(r>0.998 4). The precision was perfect ( RSD <1.8). The samples were stabilization during 6 h.Conclusion The study provide a reference basis for evaluate and control the quality of Cemen cassiae Material Medica.
