摘要
使用普通的恒压限流充电方式时 ,铅酸蓄电池的 1 0 0 %DOD循环寿命只有 2 0 0~ 30 0次 ,根据铅酸电池正负极充电时的反应机理提出了一种新的充电方式 ,使得电池的 1 0 0 %DOD循环寿命达到 4 0 3次。通过正负极板的扫描电镜照片可以看出 ,新的充电方式有利于形成均匀紧密的正极活性物质与界面结构 ,有利于保护负极活性物质较小的颗粒和较大的活性表面积 ,从而提高了电池的容量与循环寿命。
The cycle life of lead acid batteries with 100%depth of discharge(DOD)had only 200~300 cycles when on charge with ordinary charging algorithms of constant voltage and limited current.A new charging algorithm was proposed according to the charge reaction mechanisms of positive and negative electrode,which made the cycle life of 100% DOD reaching 403 cycles.It could be seen from the pictures of scanning electron microscope(SEM) of positive and negative electrodes,the new charging mode was good to form the homogeneous and compact positive active material and interface structure,to maintain the smaller particle size and larger active surface and to improve the capacity and cycle life of lead/acid batteries.
