摘要
从国内发病鸡群中分离到鸡传染性支气管炎 (嗜腺胃型 )病毒 (IBV_D971株 ) ,在SPF鸡胚上连续传至 12 0代 ,培育出IBV_D971p弱毒株。用该毒株制备活疫苗 ,经安全、效力等试验证明具有较高的免疫保护率和安全性 ,能有效的预防腺胃型。
A proventriculus type of avian infectious bronchitis virus was isolated from diseased chickens in China.An attenuated strain was developed,after 120 passages on SPF chicken embryos and designated Strain D971p.Live vaccine based on D971P was produced and evaluated.The safety and efficiency tests proved that the vaccine is safe and had high protection rate.
