摘要
本文在齿轮箱磨损试验分析的基础上,为进一步验证机械设备新旧程度评定指标的有效性,进行了车用发动机磨损实验和分析。实践证明:总磨损Q的变化率与机械设备新旧程度比较吻合。
On the basis of the test and analysis of wear in gearbox, the test and analysis of wear in engines for vehicles are carried out to further verify the effectiveness of evaluation indexes of new or old mechanical equipments. Results show that the rate of change in total wear Q is suitable for evaluating new or old mechanical equipments.
