摘要
医院开展再造流程与采用ISO9000族标准需要内在动力,没有正确的危机感不可能采取正确的改革行动。医院改革与管理有许多题目,不必跟风,不能什么都上,要有整体策划。要把这两个题目结合起来,与三项改革联系起来,针对造成医院危机的主要问题,抓住主要流程,深入发动,全员参与,务求实效。
The hospital needs inner power to develop restmcturation of flows and adopt IS09000 standard. The hospital can't succeed in reform without crisis awareness. There are many questions to be solved about hospital reform and management, but all questions can' t be solved at once. There should be a set of integrate projects. Restructuration of flows and adopting IS09000 standard must combine three reforms. Facing main questions of hospital crisis, only the manager master main flows and all personnel participate the reform, can they get better effect.
