聚乙二醇处理对羊草种子萌发及活性氧代谢的影响 被引量:81

摘要 应用聚乙二醇 (PEG- 6 0 0 0 )引发法探讨了不同引发渗透处理、时间处理对羊草种子萌发及活力的影响 ,结果表明 :以 30 % PEG处理羊草种子 2 4 h,能显著提高羊草种子发芽率和幼苗活力 ,降低萌发过程中的外渗电导率。在羊草种子萌发期间 ,经 PEG处理的羊草种子 ,呼吸速率初始低于对照 ,之后迅速增加 ;超氧负离子 (O2 - )浓度明显降低 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和过氧化物酶 (POD)的活性均显著增加 ;脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的积累量明显低于对照。经 The effects of osmotic priming on germination and vigour of wildrye seeds treated with polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000) in different priming osmotic potentials and time durations were discussed in this paper. The results revealed that the germination rate and vigour index of wildrye seed pretreated with PEG increased obviously, whereas the conductivity rate decreased comparing to the control. During germination period, although the respiratory intensity of wildrye seeds pretreated with 30% PEG for 24 h was lower at beginning, it increased rapidly soon afterward; the content of O 2 decreased visibly but the activity both of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) increased. The accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) was much lower than that of control. Consequently, it suggested that there was some interacting relationship between the increasing of vigour index through pretreatment with PEG and the increasing of activity oxygen metabolism.
