摘要
pH对眼点拟微绿球藻(Nannocholoropsisoculata)的生长、总脂含量及脂肪酸组成有明显影响。研究表明 ,眼点拟微绿球藻的生长对pH有较强的适应性 ,在pH6.2~9.8的范围内均能较好的生长 ,但在 pH5.5的条件下生长受到较强的抑制。在不同 pH条件下 ,在同一细胞周期内总脂含量及脂肪酸组成均有相同的变化规律 ,即总脂含量在对数初期略有下降然后逐渐上升 ,在稳定期达到最大值。16∶0,18∶1n9的含量在稳定期显著升高 ,而EPA的含量在稳定期明显下降。在对数初期,藻细胞在pH6.8的条件下含有较高的EPA含量,而在 pH9.8的条件下 。
pH has an obvious effect on the growth, total lipid content and fatty acid composition of marine microalga Nannochloropsis oculata. Results showed that a high growth rate of the alga was obtained under the range of pH 6.2~9.8, but the growth was very weak at pH 5.5 because the absorption of nitrate and phosphate was disturbed. At pH 9.8, the total lipid and EPA content of the alga dropped obviously but higher EPA content at pH 6.8. The total lipid of the species increased gradually as the culture aged except for a slight reduction in the early exponential phase, the content of 16∶0 and 18∶1n9 increased obviously in the stationary phase, but the EPA content dropped.
