摘要
图书馆为完成社会赋予自己的任务必须提高职工队伍的素质,但较低的社会和经济地位又使图书馆难以吸引和留住高素质的人才,在这个过程中图书馆始终处于一个两难的境地,也迫使图书馆必须采取切实有力的措施改变这种不利局面。
A library must does its hard to improve the librarian's diathsis to accomplish it's mission bestowed by society,but library can't attract and retai n those first-class members for it's poor economic and social status,which made library in a quandary,and it requires more powerful effort to change it.
