摘要 以水为溶媒通过正交试验得到不同沸点下的最佳提取工艺 ,结合饲养试验最终确定以天然植物有效成分为主体的饲料添加剂的制备工艺 ,药材加 10倍量水 ,室温浸泡 12h后减压煮沸 (75℃ )提取 1h ,滤过残渣再分别加 6倍量水煎煮 2次 ,每次 1h ,滤过合并浓缩 ,真空喷雾干燥得纯品 ,每 1g抽提物纯品相当于原药材仔猪 8 0 8g(得率12 38% ) ,中猪 8 5 6g(得率 11 6 7) ,大猪 7 5 6g(得率 13 2 1% ) The optimal preparation techniques of Chinese herb Feed additives, combined with the optimal abstracting techniques of effective compound in different boiling point and feeding trial to determine the effective compounds of Chinese herbs has been established through experiment designed with the method of perpendicular trial. Dip herbs into water (ten times of herb'weight) and keep 12?h under room temperature, then boil (75?℃) them at low pressure for one hour, filter and collect liquid, the residue will dip in water (six times of residue) and boil for one hour, repeat twice, collect all liquid, then spray dry under vacuum condition. The solid materials is the pure compounds of abstractive. The 1.0 gram of pure product is equivalent to 8.08 gram of original addictive for piglet, 8.56 gram for hogget swine, 7.56 gram for adult swine repectively.
