摘要
基于国际植物新品种保护联盟对DUS测试的基本要求以及我国的具体情况,阐述了制定我国植物新品种DUS测试指南时的性状选择与标样品种确定等技术要点。建议在选择性状时,既应符合UPOV指南的基本原则和采纳UPOV建议的性状,又应体现我国的育种水平和方向。在确定标样品种时,应尽可能广泛收集现存已知品种及其信息,和在适宜田间条件下进行品种性状评价试验。以中国苜蓿DUS测试指南(试行稿)为例对上述各方面进行了讨论,并建议在中国建立以作物种类为区别的区域性DUS测试中心。
Opinions and suggestions on characteristic selection and example variety determination in DUS testing guidelines in China were presented based on basic requirements of International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) and current situation of China. In Characteristic selection, should meet the basic criteria of UPOV, be harmonious to UPOV guidelines, and should reflect plant breeding levels and directions of each given crop in China and be comprehensive and detail. To determine the example variety, the existed varieties and relevant information should be collected as widely as possible, and field experiment of varieties evaluation should be carried out under conditions ensuring normal growth of tested crop. DUS Test Guidelines for Lucerne in China was used as an example for discussion throughout. Establishing DUS Testing Centers specified on plant genera or species at different regions of China was suggested.
