摘要
应用反相离子对高效液相色谱法 ,测定丙烯酰胺甲基丙磺酸的含量 ,精密度高 ,相对标准偏差小于 0 .3% ,并对离子对浓度与相应组分保留时间的关系进行了探索 ,得出了两者的非线性关系。同时 ,对多官能团物质紫外吸收波长的确定进行了探索 ,并测定了响应值的线性范围 ,检出限为 6μg。
It is reported that the ion pair RHPLC method for the determination of AMPS in course of its synthesis is proposed. A RSD of less than 0.3% is obtained by this method. The relationship between the ion pair concentration and the retention time is found to be non linear. The UV absorption spectrometric behavior of both the poly functional group compound (e.g. AMPS) and the methanol and water in the mobile phase is studied, and it is found that the absorption of the sample can be clearly differentiated from that of the mobile phase when the measurement is carried out at 270nm. The limit of detection of the detector is 6μg, hence the amount of sample injected must be larger than 6μg, or linear relationship can not be obtained.
