摘要
报道了烟酰肼与取代芳醛反应生成相应的烟酰芳腙在醋酐催化下生成 2 -芳基 - 3-乙酰基 - 5 - (吡啶 - 3-基 ) - 1,3,4二唑啉 ,不经分离直接与碘甲烷作用生成相应的季铵盐 ,接着用硼氢化钠还原季铵化物而得含四氢吡啶环和唑啉环的新化合物 3- (2 -芳基 - 3-乙酰基 - 1,3,4 -二唑啉 - 5 -基 ) - 1,1-二甲基 - 1,2 ,5 ,6 -四氢吡啶碘化物 ,其结构经 IR、1 HNMR。
Five novel compounds of 3 (2 aryl 3 acetyl 1,3,4 oxadiazonline 5 yl) 1,1 dimethyl 1,2,5,6 tetrahydropyridinum iodides were synthesized from nicotinylhydrazine and corresponding arylaldehydes.Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR,MS and elementary analysis.
