摘要
从长期的角度看,高度的经济自由能促进经济发展;而从短期的角度看,并不是经济越自由越有效率,只有适合本国国情的最优经济自由度才能提高经济效率。我国应继续扩大经济自由度,切合实际地实施经济自由化改革,协调市场机制与政府管制的关系,使经济自由度达到或接近最优。
High -level liberation degree of eco nomy can promote economy developmen t from long -term angle,but from short -term angle this does not mean that the high er economic liberation degree is,th e higher economic liberation efficiency is.Only can optimistic e-conomic liberation degree raise eco nomic efficiency.China should cont inually increase economic liberati on degree,implement practical reform of economic liberation,get m arket mechanism harmony with govern ment control and make economic liberation degree optimistic.
