摘要
上向流悬浮滤料滤池采用上向流过滤技术,利用可发性聚苯乙烯(Expandable Polystyrene,EPs)轻质悬浮颗粒滤料级配而形成悬浮滤床.采用特有的水力反冲洗方式,过滤效果好,纳污能力强,运行成本低,具有很好的发展前景。分析了上向流悬浮滤料池的池型结构、工作过程、技术特点和工程应用。在安徽某污水处理厂的实际工程应用中,对水中的SS和TP具有很好的去除效果,出水能够稳定达到一级A标准。
The up-flow floating layer filtering technology adopted a filter bed composed of different sized granule of expandable polystyrene (EPS) and used unique hydraulic back-flushing to achieve good filtering effects, strong pollutant carrying capability and low running cost. The structure of up-flow floating layer filter reactor, operating process, technical features and engineering application were analysed. The process practised in a sewage treatment plant in Anhui has performed well with satisfactory effect of removing SS and total phosphorus and its effluent steadily compliant with the standard level A of Class I.
