摘要
采用线性组合算符和Line-Low-Pines(LLP)幺正变换方法研究了RbCl量子点中强耦合磁极化子基态能量的温度效应.并对RbCl晶体进行数值计算,结果表明:基态能量随有效受限强度、磁场回旋频率和温度的增加而增加.
The temperature effect of the strong coupling magnetopolaron’s ground state energy in the RbCl quantum dot has been investigated by using the linear combination operator and the Line-Low-Pines(LLP)unitary methods. The numerical calculations are performed for the RbCl crystal. It is shown that the ground state energy will increase with increasing the effective confinement strength, the cyclotron frequency and the temperature.
