摘要
在二元体系RbTiOPO4 -CsTiPO5中通过高温合成获得一系列固熔体化合物 ,利用X射线粉末衍射确定物相并计算其点阵常数 ,确定在该体系中存在两类不同物相化合物 :斜方晶系Pna2 1 型Rb1 -xCsxTiOPO4 (RTP∶Cs)与立方晶系Fd3m型Cs1 -xRbxTiPO5(CTP∶Rb) ,并且固熔体化合物的晶胞常数与化学组分之间的关系遵循Vegard定律 .通过熔盐法自发成核生长出一系列晶体 ,采用电子探针微区分析测定了晶体的化学成分 ,研究了晶体的差热分析 (DTA)曲线 ,并利用X射线四园衍射仪测定Rb1 -xCsxTiOPO4 (x =0 ;0 .0 5 ;0 .11)的晶体结构 ,发现Cs+
The subsolidius region of the phase diagram of RbTiOPO 4-CsTiPO 5 system was studied in the temperature range of 700-1 000 ℃. The boundaries between the stability fields of the orthorhombic phase with KTiOPO 4_type structure ( Pna2 1 ) and the cubic phase with pyrochlore_type structure ( Fd3m ) were determined. The changes in the unit cell parameters of the Rb 1- x Cs x TiOPO 4 (RTP∶Cs) and Cs 1- x Rb x TiPO 5 (CTP∶Rb) solid solutions caused by the changes of their composition followed Vegard's law. The structure features and the physical properties of the crystalline phases with different compositions were studied on single crystals grown by crystallization from flux in a quaternary Rb 2O-Cs 2O-TiO 2-P 2O 5 system. The chemical composition of the solid solution crystals was analyzed by electron probe microanalyzer. The DTA curves were determined. The structure of the crystals Rb 1- x Cs x ·TiOPO 4 ( x =0, 0.05, 0.11) was studied by a CAD-4F automated diffractometer. It is show that substitution of cesium for rubidium resulted in an increase of the mean Rb(Cs)-O distance.
