摘要
应用噻氯匹啶250mg/d 治疗急性脑血栓15例,疗程3个月。结果,血浆中血栓烷B_2浓度于治疗2周后开始持续性降低,对于ADP 诱导的血小板血栓烷B_2生成量,也有显著的抑制作用,提示噻氯匹啶的抗血栓作用与抑制血小板花生四烯酸代谢有关。
15 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were treated withTiclopidine at the dosage of250mg/d for three months.The alterations of TXB_2 level in plasma and platelet TXB_2 productioninduced by ADP were observed.Two weeks after administration of the drug,plasma TXB_2 level de-creased significantly and platelet TXB_2 production induced by ADP was remarkly inhibited.These(?)results suggest that the antiplatelet efficiency of Ticlopidine might be,in part,related to the inhibi-tion of arachidonic acid metabolism in platelets.
