摘要
目的 研究当归精油治疗痛经的药理作用。方法 采用小鼠扭体法 ,观察当归精油对醋酸所致小鼠疼痛及雌性小鼠痛经模型的影响 ;通过对正常和经缩宫素处理的小鼠离体子宫平滑肌实验 ,考察当归精油对这两种子宫平滑肌的收缩幅度、收缩频率及活动力是否有抑制作用。结论 当归精油对雌性小鼠痛经模型和醋酸所致的小鼠疼痛 ,均有明显的抑制作用 ;对正常雌性小鼠离体子宫平滑肌和由缩宫素所致的子宫平滑肌剧烈收缩亦均有明显抑制作用 ;
Aim To study the anti-dysmenorrhea effect of the essential oil from Angelica sinensis Diels.Methods Mouse twisting body method was used to observe the analgesia effect of essential oil.The pain was induced by acetic acid and the female mouse dysmenorrhea model.The strength ,tone and rhythm of the isolated mice uteri contractions were measured on either the normal or sensitized by oxytocin ones.Results Essential oil from Angelica sinensis Diels obviously lessened the pain induced by acetic acid and dysmenorrhea model,and strikingly inhibited the contraction of isolated uteri both in normal and sensijzed by oxytocin mice.
