摘要
转速表检定直接影响电机质量和输出电网的稳定 ,因此提高转速表检定仪的测量精度和测量范围在实际生产中具有重要的应用价值。高精度多用转速表检定仪以SZJ - 4标准转速发生装置为基准 ,通过改造工厂现有的检测装置 ,可适用于机械式、光电式等多种转速表的检测 ,测量范围从 2 0r/min至 2 0万r/min ;当转速≤ 2 0 0 0r/min时 ,测量精度为± 1r/min ,当转速 >2 0 0 0r/min ,测量精度为 - 1r/min至 9r/min。在详细阐述高精度多用转速表检定仪的工作原理和系统构成的基础之上 ,着重介绍了系统所采用的测速方法 ,同时给出了转速的对比测量结果和实际测量精度。
The detecting of the tachometer can directly influence the quality of motors and the stability of output electric network,so it's of practical value to improve the precision and the range of tachometer detecting. Using SZJ 4(an instrument to produce standard rotative velocity)as a benchmark ,the multi purpose and high precision tachometer detector can be adopted for detecting many kinds of tachometers: mechanical, photoelectric, etc..The detecting range is from 20 r/min(revolutions per minute) to 200 000 r/min. If rotative velocity≤2 000 r/min, detecting precision is ±1 r/min; and if rotative velocity>2 000r/min, detecting precision is -1 r/min~9 r/min.The principle of the multi purpose and high precision tachometer detector is expatiated, and the method of speed measuring is introduced particularly .And the detecting results and precision for different rotative velocity are listed.
