摘要
通过论述导弹武器系统作战效能的基本概念和基本评估方法 ,探讨了效能评估方法论意义 ,从而提出军事系统效能评估的软算法的思想方法 ,并从方法论的角度提出效能评估软度量的几个基本技术。文章的结构由以下五部分组成 :首先是引言 ,概述了效能评估的重要性与必要性 ;其次 ,介绍了效能评估的基本概念 ;接着 ,述评了效能评估的九种方法 ;然后 ,论述了效能评估的方法论和软度量方法 ;最后 ,研究了软技术在效能评估中的应用 ,特别是效能评估辅助决策支持系统在多枚导弹协同攻击中的应用研究 ,利用人机交互的思想 。
The methodological meaning of effectiveness evaluation (EE) has been explored through dissertating the basic concepts & evaluation methods for missile weapon systems,and the soft algorithmic idea for effectiveness evaluation of military systems is proposed.Finally,some basic techniques for soft measurement are proposed from the viewpoint of methodology.Five parts are included:(1)the introduction which highlights the important roles of EE;(2)the basic concepts of EE are introduced;(3)nine methods of EE are discussed;(4)the methodological meaning and soft measurement method of EE are depicted;(5)the application of soft technology (especially assistance decision support systems) to EE for coordinated firing of a group of missiles is studied.The system framework based on the man machine interaction concept is presented.
