摘要
目的 观察NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 17例患者均以NP方案 (NVB 2 5mg/m2 d1,d8;PDD 3 0mg/m2 d1～ 3 )化疗 2～ 3周期。结果 CR 1例 ,PR 7例 ,NC 5例 ,PD 4例 ,总有效率 :47 1% (8/ 17) ,中位生存时间 (MST) 9个月 ,最长生存期 2 7个月。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of navelbine plus cisplatin for the treatment of non-small Cell lung cancer.Methods 17 cases were treated with navelbine and cisplatin(NVB 25 mg/m 2 d 1,d 8;PDD 30 mg/m 2 d 1～3 ) Results The complete response had one,and partial response had seven.The total effective rate was 47.1%(8/17) MST was 9 months. The longest survival period was 27 months.Conclusion NP regimen is one of the effective ways to treat non-small-cell lung cancer.
