摘要
目的 :探讨外周神经切断后大鼠DRG内FHF 2mRNA表达的变化。方法 :应用逆转录PCR和原位杂交技术 ,研究正常大鼠和外周神经切断后大鼠DRG内FHF 2mRNA的表达变化。结果 :FHF 2mRNA只表达于神经元中。在正常DRG及损伤侧DRG中 ,多数神经元均表达FHF 2mRNA ,且不同体积的神经元均呈阳性染色。外周神经切断后 ,同侧DRG内FHF 2mRNA阳性神经元数目始而明显下降 ,继而恢复到一定程度。结论 :FHF 2在DRG中的功能很可能与神经再生有关。
Aim:To explore the change of FHF 2 mRNA expression in DRG after peripheral axotomy.Methods:By using the reverse transcriptional PCR and in situ hybridization, the expression changes of FHF 2 mRNA were studied in DRG of normal rats and rats after transection of the peripheral nerve.Results:The expression of FHF 2 mRNAs was found only in the cellular bodies of rat DRG nuerons,and presented in the majority of neurons without size preference in the normal and the axotomized DRG. After axotomy the number of FHF 2 mRNA positive neurons markedly decreased in DRG ipsilateral to the axotomy,and then it recovered to some extent later. Conclusion:FHF 2 might participate in the neural regeneration.
