摘要
患肌理论是从患肌的角度分析和研究病痛的发生、发展以及指导疾病的诊断、治疗和预防的基础医学理论。通过分析符仲华教授临床上以患肌理论思维,运用浮针疗法成功治疗"癫痫病"和直肠黏膜脱垂的案例,探讨临床上运用患肌理论指导治疗临床病症纷繁复杂非疼痛性疾病的思维,抓住患肌这个根本因素,充分发挥浮针疗法的诊断作用,指导临床上选择浮针疗法适应症,进行"肌肉相关性"和"临床诊断"两个角度诊断与鉴别诊断,评估筛选责任患肌、制定治疗、预防和康复方案,特别是在一些功能性疑难性病症中发挥患肌理论指导优势。
Pathological tight muscle theory is a basic theory to analyze and study the occurrence,development of pain,and guiding disease diagnosis,treatment and prevention from the view of pathological tight muscle.The successful treatment of epilepsy and rectal mucosal prolapse by superfical needle therapy was used to explore the clinical thinking of treating complicated non-painful diseases with pathological tight muscle theory,and grasp the fundamental factor of the pathological tight muscle.In order to expressing the diagnostic role of superfical needle therapy widely, and guiding clinical selection of indications of superfical needle therapy,we make diagnosis and differential diagnosis from two aspects of "muscle correlation"and "clinical diagnosis".Then we evaluate and screen the main pathological tight muscles,formulate treatment,prevention and rehabilitation programs,especially in some functional difficult diseases to show the advantage of pathological tight muscle theory.
