摘要
采用乳液聚合方法制备了丁二烯与异戊二烯共聚的丁戊共聚胶乳(IBL),采用该胶乳接枝共聚苯乙烯(St)和丙烯腈(AN),获得的四元接枝共聚物与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN树脂)熔融共混,制备一种含有新型弹性体的ABS树脂。考察了IBL中异戊二烯与丁二烯的共聚比例对IBL聚合结构及ABS树脂性能的影响。结果表明:随着IBL复合橡胶中异戊二烯含量的增加,其胶乳的转化率和凝胶含量呈下降趋势,ABS树脂的光泽度和白度明显提高;复合橡胶中的异戊二烯含量不高于50%时,其冲击强度均超过280 J/m。
The copolymer of butadiene and isoprene was prepared by emulsion polymerization. IBL copolymer was grafted with polystyrene(St) and acrylonitrile(AN). The tetrapolymer was blended with styrene acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN resin) to prepare a new ABS resin containing new elastomers. The influence of the copolymerization ratio of isoprene and butadiene in IBL on the structure of IBL and the properties of ABS resin was investigated. The results show that: with the increase of isoprene content in IBL rubber, the conversion and gel content of latex decrease, and the gloss and whiteness of ABS resin increase significantly. When the content of isoprene in composite rubber is not higher than 50%, the impact strength of composite rubber exceeds 280 J/m.
